Lifelong learning is a crucial element for realizing the main goal of BPW International: ‘Development of the Professional Potential of Women’
Goals of the Task ForceThe Task Force collects, promotes and develops further education programs and provides seminars, workshops and presentations. It also intends to build partnerships with Universities and Research Institutes in Europe
PROGRAMS 2010 (Organisation of events or presentations on request)
This program consists of different modules such as Meetings, Communication, Gender Equity, Business Etiquette, Mentoring, Time Management and is available in English and French.
This program consists of different modules like Behavioral Styles, Written and Oral Presentations, Networking, Interviewing Techniques, Negotiating Skills, Leadership, Running a Meeting, Business Etiquette, Advocacy Role, Personal Goals, Media Relationships, and is available in English and some modules in German, Spanish and Korean.
A Success Team guides 3 to 6 persons to reach actual personal professional goals within well-defined time limits. 25 November 2009 - 10th International Day for the elimination of violence against womenIn European, 12 to 15% of women face violence in their home and private relationships. BPW Europe support the engagement of the Council of Europe and of the European Union institutions to combat violence against women. BPW Europe underlines that financial independance is necessary to give women opportunities to make choices and change their lives. It is of the utmost importance that moral and sexual harassment in the workplace is also addressed when combatting violence against women in all its forms.
