This year, under the hosting of BPW France Congress, the 1st Young BPW Europe Symposium was the opportunity to meet Young BPW Representatives and Members from all over Europe (Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Ukraine), to speak up, be visible, exchange on success story and challenges to find together solutions and help each other. Experiences, concrete tips and visions were delivered by BPW International Representatives and Professional. BPW and Professional tips were given to develop your personal, professional and associative life balance, and support Young BPW in Europe within BPW and their professional career’s development. Brainstorm on a Young BPW Europe Roadmap started.
BPW La Spezia Cup addressed to Young BPW in Europe was handed at the Gala Dinner on 18 October by BPW President La Spezia, Jenny Fumanti, and BPW La Spezia Jury Member, Enrichetta Bellini, to Mandy Hindenburg, BPW Essem President, for her work in BPW and professionalism.
The award comprises the sculpture made by the internationally known artist Marisa Marino, representing her feeling on womanliness and a weekend for 2 at the Cinque Terre one of the most beautiful places in Italy, World Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO since 1997.
I am thanking again BPW La Spezia for this great initiative, for which I am extremely happy to contribute and for the honour we had at the Young BPW Symposium to receive BPW La Spezia President and Jury Member.
