Our mission is to monitor focus topics, share positions, and present BPW experts to decision-makers and stakeholders at European and national levels.
By translating BPW’s values into policy dialogue and public communication, we ensure that women’s voices are heard where political priorities are shaped.

Through these connections, the group follows current legislative processes — such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive and the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework (2028–2034) — bringing in BPW’s perspective on equality, inclusion, and women’s leadership.
