The next BPW F2F Presidents’ Meeting and 13th Young BPW Symposium
This year’s BPW Europe Presidents’ Meeting and Young BPW Symposium will take place in Munich (Germany) on 24 and 25 April,2026.
Over these 2 days, BPW Club Munich will host the event and also celebrate its 75th anniversary with a special Gala Dinner on Saturday evening.
The following is the Programme for the Presidents and Delegates joining us in Munich, Germany.
Thursday 23 April – Arrival
Arrival of the Presidents, Delegates, Young BPW members and participants (prior registration is required).
Delegates have the option to visit the “Spring Festival” (little sister of Oktoberfest) in the evening (prior registration is required).
The Munich Spring Festival is called the “little sister of the Oktoberfest“ or even the “little Wiesn“. That’s because the Frühlingsfest basically offers the same amusements as the Oktoberfest, just a bit smaller: a parade for the entry of the breweries and showmen to the Theresienwiese to kick off the festival, the tapping of the barrel to open the festival, two large beer tents and an amusement park with traditional and modern rides. More than 100 showmen – mainly from the Munich area – jointly organise the spring festival.
Friday 24 April 2026 – A Day full of events
09:30 – 12:00 Conference and discussion “What defines modern female leadership?” Venue: the Bavarian Industry Association (Max-Joseph-Str. 5, Munich)
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch right next door to the Conference Venue. Payment on site. Pre-registration is required
Venue: Restaurant Conti (Max-Joseph-Str. 5, Munich)
14:00 – 16:00 Visit of the European Patent Office – Innovation, international collaboration and women inventors Venue: European Patent Office (Bob-van-Benthem-Platz 1)
19:00 – 22:00 Presidents’ Dinner Venue: Restaurant El Perro (limited places) (Belfordstraße 14, Munich)
Saturday 25 April 2025 – Presidents’ Meeting
Venue: Novotel München City (Hochstrasse 11, Munich)
08:30 – 09:00 Registration
09:00 – 13:00 Presidents’ Meeting (open session) including Young BPW and other BPW members
13.00 – 14.00 Lunch at the Hotel (included in registration fee)
14.00 – 16.00 General Assembly of BPW Europe EC AISBL (closed session)
14.00 – 18.00 13th Young BPW Symposium

Gala Dinner Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of BPW Munich
