The BPW Europe Women on Boards Working Group, chaired by Eufemia Ippolito, in collaboration with FIDAPA BPW Italy’s Centre District, invites BPW members, business leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals to participate in this international conference.
As family-owned businesses and SMEs across Europe navigate generational transitions, new opportunities are emerging for women to take on leadership and governance roles.
The conference will bring together representatives of European institutions, policymakers, banking professionals, business leaders and BPW representatives to explore:

  • European Perspectives: Insights, research and case studies on generational transitions across European businesses.
  • Women in Leadership: Opportunities to strengthen women’s participation in corporate governance and decision-making.
